I’m an operations leader and founder of Little Oaks Business Services, recognised for bringing clarity, structure, and calm to complex environments. A mother of two and a Defence spouse, much of my capability has been shaped by balancing work, study, and family. Building the foundations of discipline, prioritisation, and resilience required to deliver consistency in demanding contexts.

Raised in Darwin, I grew up in a family deeply connected to rebuilding and serving remote communities across the Northern Territory. This upbringing instilled a lasting respect for resourcefulness, cultural awareness, and practical, hands‑on problem solving. Community contribution was simply part of life, and I’ve carried that forward through ongoing involvement in grassroots and for‑purpose initiatives.

Living and working in Timor-Leste during a period of national rebuilding further strengthened this foundation. Operating in high‑pressure, resource‑constrained environments required disciplined systems, adaptability, and calm, considered decision‑making.

For more than a decade, I’ve partnered with CEOs, Boards, and leadership teams—including long‑term work with an Indigenous organisation—to strengthen governance, streamline operations, and support sustainable growth.
